SWANVILLE, Minn. (KNSI) A huge turkey barn fire Sunday night near Swanville.

The Todd County Sheriff's Office was called to the fire at 9:26 pm at 34469 County Road 104 in rural Swanville.

The turkey barn--owned by Jennie-O--housed approximately 19,000 four-week old turkeys. All of the birds were lost as a result of the fire.

The turkey barn sustained major damage, and fire departments from Swanville, Grey Eagle and Flensburg were on the scene for several hours.

No word yet on how the fire started.
