ST. CLOUD, Minn. (KNSI) Brutally cold wind chills will be felt across Minnesota again Friday.

High temperatures will warm only into the single digits above zero, but northwest winds will drive wind chills down into the below zero category, and they'll stay that way through Saturday.

Forecaster Lisa Schmit says wind chill values of 25 below to 35 below zero are expected Friday night.

The coldest wind chills are expected in west-central Minnesota, where they could drop to 40 below zero.  Schmit says it's the type of weather that can be life-threatening if you're not dressed properly to deal with it. She says make sure you have a hat, gloves and boots on and keep as much of your skin covered up as possible.
