ST. CLOUD, Minn. (KNSI) Forecasters are saying temperatures in our area early next week could be the coldest we've seen in four years.

Overnight lows are expected to be around 16 below zero Sunday night, and close to 20 below on Monday night as arctic area settles in over the upper midwest.

The normal high for St. Cloud for mid January is 21, with an average low of one above zero.

January remains a dry month. St. Cloud has picked up only six-tenths of an inch of snow so far this month. That's about four inches below normal. For the season, St. Cloud has received just under 19 inches of snow, and the current snow depth is four inches.
