ST. CLOUD, Minn. (KNSI) - One of the people injured when a man crashed his truck through the wall of a business in Zimmerman has died.

The Sherburne County Sheriff's Office says 51-year-old Daniel Mark Elliott, of Hamburg, died on Wednesday.

The driver of the truck, Robert Allen Johnson, 63, of Zimmerman, is now facing a charge of criminal vehicular homicide in addition to criminal vehicular operation.

Johnson is scheduled for court on October 11.

Police say Johnson had been drinking when he crashed through the wall of Reliant Systems on Fremont Avenue on Monday afternoon, killing one person and injuring four.

A blood sample was taken and submitted for testing.

Investigators say the man's Chevy Tahoe continued for 30-40 feet through the interior of the business before finally coming to rest.

Johnson suffered minor injuries in the crash.
