St. Cloud, Minn (KNSI) - A man says he was attacked while he was riding his bike in Stearns County Friday morning.

The sheriff's office says the attack happened in the area of County Rd. 9 and Meeker-Stearns Street, east of Eden Valley.

The victim says he was riding his bike when he was approached by a man he didn't know and was assaulted.

The suspect is possibly Hispanic, standing 5'10" tall with a medium build. He had short, dark, curly hair. He was wearing a Northern Line Railway hat and a t-shirt that said 'una mas' on it. He might work on an area farm that he referenced during the attack.

The suspect left the scene in a noisy, green Subaru Outback.

Investigators say the suspect should have visible scratches on his face from the scuffle. No word on the extent of the victim's injuries from the attack.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Stearns County Sheriff's Office at 251-4240.
