FOLEY, Minn. (AP) - A woman charged with fatally shooting her ex-husband in Benton County has waived extradition from South Dakota.

Thirty-eight-year-old Angelina Mae O'Mara appeared in court Monday in Sioux Falls, S.D. She's charged with second-degree murder in the death of James Kelly O'Mara. He was found in his Sauk Rapids apartment Nov. 1 with a gunshot wound to the head.

Authorities say O'Mara is also a suspect in the death of her boyfriend, Michael Pies. His body was found Nov. 2 in a motel room in Ashland, Wis. He was also shot in the head. O'Mara has not been charged in Pies' death.

Benton County Attorney Robert Raupp said O'Mara will likely be transported to Minnesota this week.
