ST. CLOUD (KNSI) An 18 year-old from St. Cloud faces charges after using a piece of heavy equipment without the owner's permission.

St. Cloud police were called to the 38-hundred block of County Road 75 Wednesday night in reference to a theft of a bulldozer in progress.

Police spoke with a 50 year-old Clearwater man whose bulldozer was being driven on a construction site in the area.

Officers found the bulldozer a half-mile from the construction site, undamaged.

Their investigation led them to 18 year-old Charles Lenzmeier, who had used the bulldozer three straight days for approximately ten hours without the owner's permission.

Lenzmeier was arrested for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, theft of services, and motor vehicle tampering.
