ST. CLOUD, Minn. (KNSI) - A national war memorial that honors and remembers military members who have died in the War on Terror will be unveiled at the Benton County Fair in August.

"Remembering Our Fallen" is a photographic war memorial containing more than 7,000 pictures.

Because September 11th, 2001 was such a defining moment for so many Americans, the memorial includes our country's fallen since that tragic day in our nation's history.

Pictures of more than 7,000 fallen military and civilian contractors will be on the towers, that include solar lights and sound, with each tower standing around 10 feet tall and six feet wide.

"It's an exhibit that I think everybody will love, and we really want to recognize our Minnesota Redbulls, that's the 34th Infantry of the St. Cloud area," said Ken Schulte with the Vietnam Veterans of America.

The Benton County Fair runs August 1-6.
