MLB: It was a travel day for the World Series yesterday

-      Game 3 tonight in San Francisco, series tied at 1-1

-      Guthrie vs. Hudson is the pitching match-up at 7:07pm

 

NHL: Wild 2, Coyotes 0

-      All of the Wild’s wins this season have been shutouts

-      Darcy Kuemper made 26 saves

-      Newly extended Charlie Coyle had a goal in the 2nd period 

-      Wild are off tonight but welcome in the Lightning tomorrow night

 

NFL: Broncos 35, Chargers 21

-      Emmanuel Sanders had 3 touchdowns on the evening for Denver

-      Vikings are in action Sunday when they take on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at noon

 

College Hockey: St. Cloud State is on the road tonight, taking on defending National Champion Union, games can be heard Friday and Saturday nights on Lite Rock 99.9 starting at 5:30pm

Playoff Football schedule for tomorrow:

-      Apollo vs. Sartell on 800AM

-      Cathedral vs. Milaca on 660AM

-      Rocori vs. Albany

-      Becker vs. Delano

 

-      Sartell girls’ soccer team fell to Minneapolis Washburn in the state tournament. The Apollo boys are back in action next week.

 

-      Katelynn Tarrolly fell in the second round of the state Tennis tournament, as did the doubles team of Jill Kedrowski and Samantha Eisenreich
