ST. CLOUD, Minn. (KNSI) – St. Cloud Cathedral felt right at home on the "road", as they picked up a boys-girls sweep in a Metro Sports Commission double header Monday night, heard on KNSI.

Maple Lakes was the home team Monday night, but the games were played at SCSU's home court at Halenbeck Hall. The big stage proved to be no problem for Cathedral.

First, in a game that came down to the final minutes, the girls were able to hold off Maple Lake 53-50. The win moves the girls overall record to 4-8, but they maintain their perfect 2-0 record in conference play.

What followed that was an offensive explosion, as Cathedral and Maple Lake combined for 196 points in 36 minutes. Cathedral came out on top 102-94, moving their record to 7-3 overall. The win was their fourth win in a row.
